Kiernan was a prolific goalscorer in the Puma Youth Alliance for Millwall's Under 18s side last season, and in this pre-season scored a hattrick within 21 minutes of being introduced as a half time subsitute in the U18s 9-0 win over Oxford United. He made his Professional Senior Debut as a late second half subsititue in Millwall's 1-1 draw with Brighton and Hove Albion on 28th August 2009, and is expected to feature at least a few more times this season.
